Any way... I consider every single one of these people my best friends, it may be off-putting, and the feeling may not be mutual, but it is true, and if any one of these people read this, I want them to know it.
and that segment brings me to the real topic of this post:
In the list above are all of my internet friends, (who, henceforth, will be called URL friends) and none of my physical friends (who, henceforth, will be called IRL friends) the reason for this is, I consider my URL friends better friends than my IRL friends.
I am not really sure why, but I talk to them about more than I would ever dream of talking about with my IRL friends. I have two theories to explain this:
1.) What I call the "Confessional Theory™" the driving factor behind this is: you can't see the person you are talking too, therefore, when you tell them what's on your mind, you can't see their reaction, and tell by their body language whether or not they have an objection about whatever you are talking about.
2.) My second theory is that, they are, pretty much, always there for me. I have a problem at 5:00 AM Eastern time, there may be someone in England or Ireland that I can talk to.
now it could very well be a combination of the two or it could just be that they are Nerdfighters.

I feel the same way about my URL friends. Plus, mine have a lot more in common with me than my IRL friends. I get along with some people a lot better online than I ever would in person. Honestly, I'm glad I've met them and I hope the online relationship will one day translate into real life with some, if not all, of my URL friends. I'm here if any of my friends need me for anything.
